Cancelling Plan

ReadySetHire allows you to at any time. This document will guide you through the process of cancelling and provide important information regarding timing, account access, and the impact on your account's features and visibility.

Cancelling Your Trial:

If you decide not to continue with the free trial, simply let your trial period expire. Your account will automatically be paused. You will be able to return at any point to add your card information and start using ReadySetHire!

Canceling Your Paid Plan:

  1. Access Account Settings:

    1. Log in to your Ready Set Hire account.

    2. Navigate to the "My Account" section.

    3. Select "Settings" from the menu.

  2. Cancel Plan Option:

    1. Within the Account Settings page, locate the "Cancel Plan" option.

    2. Click on the option to initiate the cancellation process.

  3. Confirm Cancellation:

    1. Follow the provided instructions to confirm the cancellation of your plan.

Impact of Canceling a Plan:

  1. Unpublished Jobs: When you cancel your plan, all of your active job postings will be unpublished. This means that they will no longer be visible to job seekers on the Ready Set Hire platform.

  2. Interview Scheduling: Cancelling your plan will remove your access to interview scheduling capabilities. You will no longer be able to utilize the automated interview scheduling feature provided by ReadySetHire.

  3. Offline Career Site: Cancelling your plan will take your career site offline. Your career site, which showcases your company's open job listings and other information, will no longer be accessible to visitors.

  4. Limited Account Access: After cancelling your plan, your access to your ReadySetHire account will be limited. You may still have restricted access to certain features and functionalities, and your ability to manage your account and candidate information will be reduced.
