Using the Create a Job Post Icon:

Look for the Create a Job Post icon located at the top of the navigation menu and click on the icon to be directed to the Create Job page.

Navigating via Jobs in the Navigation Menu:
- Click on the Jobs icon (briefcase) in the navigation menu.
- If you already have existing jobs, click on the Create button within the Jobs page.
- If you don't have any existing jobs, you will be automatically directed to the Create Job page.
Methods to Begin Job Post Creation:
- Template Search:
- Enter a relevant phrase, title, or description for the job you want to create in the search bar.
- ReadySetHire will use data-driven job templates to match your input and provide you with template options.
- Each template will display the Template Title (can be changed within the builder), Template Family (a broader classification), and a preview of the description.
- Import Description:

If you already have a job description ready, use the Import tab on the Create Job page.

Paste the job description into the provided text field.

ReadySetHire will attempt to transform your existing description into an optimized job description.
