ReadySetHire offers Shareable Links, which are a convenient way to track the performance of your job posts across different channels. By creating Shareable Links for each channel where you share your job (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Craigslist, LinkedIn), you can easily attribute candidate sources and gather valuable data in your ReadySetHire reporting. This document will guide you through the steps to create Shareable Links for your job posts.

Steps to Create Shareable Links:

  1. Access the Job Details Page:

    • Log in to your ReadySetHire account and navigate to the Job Summary page.
    • Click on the desired job post to access the Job Details page.

  2. Locate the Shareable Links Option:

    • On the Job Details page, look for the Shareable Links option. 

  3. Click on Add:

    • Click on the Add option to initiate the process of generating a Shareable Link for a specific channel.

  4. Add Source Information:

    • Provide the necessary source information, such as the Source Name (e.g., Craigslist) and Expiration Details (determine how long you want the link to be live for the given source).
    • If applicable, you can also specify a Pre-Approved Candidate. Learn more about this feature by clicking on the provided link.

  5. Update Job URLs:

    • Once you have configured the Shareable URLs for each source, you will need to update the Job URLs in each respective provider. For example, if you're sharing the job on Craigslist, you would need to point your Craigslist post to the Craigslist Shareable URL you created.

  6. Track Source Performance:

    • By utilizing Shareable Links and updating your job URLs accordingly, you can track the performance of each source in the ReadySetHire Reporting page. This feature allows you to identify the top channels for recruiting and make data-driven decisions.
