A Pre-Approved Link is a dedicated URL designed for candidates you want to accelerate through the application process. Typically, the Ready Set Hire application process collects both contact information and skills screener responses. However, the Pre-Approved Link skips the questionnaire, allowing candidates to jump directly into scheduling an interview. By reducing friction, Pre-Approved Links increase the likelihood of more interviews with qualified candidates.

Steps to Generate a Pre-Approved Link:

  1. Access the Job Details Page:

    • Log in to your ReadySetHire account and navigate to the Job Summary page.
    • Click on the desired job post to access the Job Details page.

  2. Locate the Shareable Links Option:

    • On the Job Details page, look for the Shareable Links option. 

  3. Click on Add:

    • Click on the Add option to initiate the process of generating a Shareable Link for a specific channel.

  4. Add Source Information:

    • Provide the necessary source information, such as the Source Name (e.g., Craigslist) and Expiration Details (determine how long you want the link to be live for the given source).
    • If you are creating a general, non-source-specific shared link, simply enter "Pre-Approve" as the Source.

  5. Enable the Pre-Approved Toggle:

    • Check the pre-approved toggle to indicate that the generated link is a Pre-Approved Link.
