To maintain the integrity of our platform, we employ algorithms to detect and block inappropriate content such as hate speech, nudity, derogatory terms, and other illicit text or imagery, as well as MLMs and fraudulent job posts. In the event that your account is suspended due to content violations, this document provides guidance on how to address the suspension.

Account Suspension Process:

  1. Detection of Inappropriate Content:

    • Our algorithms continuously monitor job posts to identify any content that violates our content guidelines.
    • If illicit text or imagery is detected in your job post, your account may be suspended to maintain the integrity of the platform.

  2. Invalid Status for the Suspended Job:

    • The job post that triggered the suspension will be set to an "Invalid" status.
    • This status ensures that the problematic job post is not visible to job seekers.

  3. Contact Support for Review:

    • To address the account suspension, you will need to contact our support team for further assistance.
    • Access the Job Details page of the suspended job.
    • Click on the "Contact Us" button, which will redirect you to the Support Portal.

  4. Submit a Support Request:

    • In the Support Portal, submit a request for a support representative to review your account suspension.
    • Provide relevant details regarding the suspension and any necessary explanations or clarifications.

Account suspension may occur if illicit content is detected in your job post. It is essential to adhere to our content guidelines to maintain a positive job seeker experience. If your account is suspended, promptly contact our support team through the Job Details page's "Contact Us" button. By submitting a support request via the Support Portal, our team will review your account suspension and provide further guidance.
