    • If your job does not require any specific Skills or Requirements, you can still enable the Candidate Screener.
    • Save your job post without adding any Skills or Requirements, and the Candidate Screener will still collect candidates' contact information during the conversation.
    • However, without job-specific questions, the Candidate Screener will not provide a score for these candidates.
